Homemade pizza with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella

No explanation necessary. Just take some fresh dough (or a premade crust), roll it out, brush on some olive oil, and toss some tomato slice, mozzarella chunks, and shredded basil on top. Bake at about 425 F for 12-15 minutes.

Let it cool if you can and try not to down the entire thing – it hits the spot on a cool fall evening.
